Who we are

What we collect

• Your name, delivery address, email and phone number when you place an order.
• The personalisation you give us, such as your dog’s name and any photo you upload. We use photos only to make your order.
• Your order history and any messages you send us.
• Payment details are handled by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
• Information from cookies and analytics about how you use the site (see Cookies below).

Why we use it

• To make, deliver and support your order (to perform our contract with you).
• To keep records for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
• To send marketing emails, only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the website secure and working well (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

We only share what is needed to make and deliver your order: our print partners Prodigi (UK) and Printful (which may process data in the EU and US, under appropriate safeguards); delivery companies; payment providers; our email tool MailPoet; and our website host, Namecheap. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Photos you upload are deleted 90 days after upload. Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use. Email info@woofandwellies.com. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We use essential cookies to run the basket and checkout. We only use analytics or marketing cookies if you agree to them through our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
