Woof & Wellies

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy from woofandwellies.com. Please read them before you order. They don’t affect your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

Woof & Wellies is run by Harry Obeng, a sole trader trading as Woof & Wellies. Address: [business address]. Email: info@woofandwellies.com.

2. Your order

When you place an order we email to confirm we’ve received it. The contract between us starts when we send that confirmation. If we can’t make your order (for example, a photo can’t be printed well), we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any tax we have to charge. Delivery within the UK is free. You pay in full when you order, by card, Klarna or PayPal.

4. Personalised items and your photos

Most of what we sell is made to order with your dog’s name or photo. Please check names and spelling before you order: we print exactly what you type. By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it (for example, you took it or have the photographer’s permission). We can refuse to print images that are offensive or that we believe infringe someone else’s rights. We use your photo only to make your order and delete it after 90 days; see our Privacy Policy.

Pictures on the site show example designs. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the printed item.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are on our Delivery page. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.

6. Cancelling and returns

Because personalised items are made to your specification, the usual 14-day right to cancel doesn’t apply to them. This doesn’t affect your rights if something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described. Non-personalised items can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

7. If something is wrong

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your item is faulty, damaged or misprinted, email us with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you.

8. Our responsibility to you

We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We’re not responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Events outside our control

If something outside our control (such as a postal strike or severe weather) delays your order, we’ll let you know and do what we can to limit the delay. If it’s a long delay, you can cancel and get a refund for anything you haven’t received.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts there.

11. Contact

Questions or complaints: email info@woofandwellies.com and we’ll reply within two working days.
