Most of what we sell is made just for your dog, so returns work a little differently. Here’s the short version.
Anything with your dog’s name or breed on it is made to your order, so it can’t be returned for a change of mind. UK consumer law allows this for goods made to the customer’s specifications. Please check the spelling of their name before you order.
If anything arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, email a photo to info@woofandwellies.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund. You won’t need to post it back. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.
You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email us first and we’ll tell you where to send it. Items should be unused. We’ll refund the item price within 14 days of getting it back. You pay the return postage unless it’s faulty.
Orders go to print quickly. Email us as soon as possible and we’ll cancel if production hasn’t started.
